Right of withdrawal and return of goods

1. If the Buyer is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, that is, a natural person who has purchased the goods for purposes not related to economic or professional activities, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal. In accordance with the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 255 “On Distance Contracts”, the Buyer may refuse the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of their delivery.

2. The Buyer shall notify the Seller (IK ALL:U:R) of the return of the goods by sending a message to the e-mail address info@allur.lv. Upon receiving the Buyer’s e-mail regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Seller shall send the Buyer a fillable application for the return of the goods.

3. The goods may be returned only if the following conditions are met:

• it has not been opened;
• it has not been used and has retained its commercial appearance (security seals, labels, etc., remain intact) – does not apply to products damaged during delivery;
• it is in its original packaging, which has not been damaged due to the Buyer’s actions."

Otherwise, the return of the goods may be refused.

4. Upon receiving the application for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Seller shall send the Buyer information about the parcel terminal through which the product must be returned. The withdrawal period will be considered as met if the goods are returned within 14 calendar days. Otherwise, the Seller reserves the right not to accept the returned goods.

5. The Seller undertakes to return the money paid for the goods to the account number specified by the Buyer without delay, but no later than within 14 calendar days (from the date of receipt of the returned goods).

The costs associated with the return or exchange of the goods are covered by the Buyer. The Seller unilaterally reserves the right to deduct these costs from the payment previously made by the Customer for the product.
If free delivery was applied to the order, the standard delivery price is deducted from the amount of the returned payment. If the Buyer has chosen a shipping method other than the cheapest shipping method offered in the online store, the online store is not obliged to compensate for the excess shipping costs.

6. If, upon receiving the product, the Buyer detects a defect (such as damaged packaging, spilled contents, or defective materials) or receives a product that does not match the order, the Buyer shall immediately notify the Seller by sending a message to the e-mail address info@allur.lv and attaching visual proof (photo or video) of the detected non-conformity. In such cases, the return shipping costs shall be covered by the Seller."


Otherwise, by starting the usage of received goods, the Buyer waives the right to raise any kind of claims against the Seller regarding the received order.
In accordance with Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the Buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period.

7. The Seller is not liable for delays in fulfilling obligations, non-fulfillment, or any other failure to perform due to circumstances and obstacles beyond the Seller's reasonable control.

8. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to sell goods and request their return from the Buyer if the price indicated in the online store is significantly lower than its market price due to an error.
