Distance contract
IK ALL:U:R, reg. no. 50002205881, actual address: Eizenijas street 17-45, Riga, Latvia, hereinafter referred to as the online store – provides the content available on the website and offers goods for purchase in accordance with the Terms of Use set out below.
1. General provisions
If the Consumer purchases goods through the website, such a mutual agreement is considered a Distance contract and is subject to the legal provisions of the Republic of Latvia governing distance contracts, including, but not limited to the “Consumer Rights Protection Law” of the Republic of Latvia, the regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia “Regulations on Distance Contracts”, etc.
2. Placing orders
The prices and specifications of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products.
To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. Fill in all the required fields and select the most suitable delivery method. The total cost of the order with delivery is then displayed on the screen. Make payment for the purchase to complete the order.
The Buyer is responsible for providing correct data, otherwise the delivery of the order may be delayed or impossible.
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms agreement to the terms of the Distance Contract, and also undertakes to comply with them.
The Distance Contract applies to both registered and non-registered customers on the website allur.lv.
IK ALL:U:R has the right to unilaterally amend and supplement the terms of the Distance Contract. When shopping in the online store, the Buyer is subject to the Distance Contract terms that are in force at the time of placing the order.
3. Payment terms
The settlement currency on the website is Euro (EUR). The purchase can be paid for by choosing the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS:
- Latvian internet banking payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor;
- Estonian internet banking payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor;
- Lithuanian internet banking payments: Swedbank, SEB and Luminor;
- Visa/Mastercard card payments.
Important! When using the internet banking payment method, confirm the order and click on the “Return to merchant” button.
Personal data required for payment are transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.
The Distance contract enters into force upon successful payment to the online store's bank account. If, for any reason, the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be informed, and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after receiving the notification.
4. Processing of the Buyer's personal data
IK ALL:U:R processes only the personal data that the Buyer has entered when ordering the goods, such as name, surname, e-mail, etc.
Personal data is transferred to the transport service provider(s) to ensure the delivery of the goods.
If the Buyer has explicitly agreed to receive marketing communications, including newsletters, or has registered as a customer on the website allur.lv, the Seller may send the Buyer information about news or special offers. For this purpose, the Seller may process the Buyer's e-mail address provided when subscribing to marketing communications/registering as a customer. The Buyer has the opportunity to unsubscribe from marketing communications by notifying the Seller.
5. Dispute resolution procedure
In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the Buyer and the Seller undertake to comply with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
The Parties shall resolve any disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer through mutual negotiations or correspondence. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations or correspondence, the Parties shall resolve the dispute in the court of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes between the Buyer and the Seller may also be referred for resolution to the Consumer Rights Protection Center or the court of the Republic of Latvia.
The Buyer also has the right to contact the dispute resolution institutions of the European Union.
