Delivery Terms
The goods are delivered to the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia.
The purchased goods are delivered using Omniva and DPD parcel machines.
Delivery costs:
- Latvia: 2,80 EUR
- Lithuania and Estonia: 4,99 EUR
All duties and taxes that must be paid to receive the shipment at the delivery destination must be covered by the Buyer.
The purchased goods are delivered to the parcel machine address specified by the Buyer.
Delivery for orders above 40 EUR is free of charge. The Seller has the right to increase this threshold without notice.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivered according to the Omniva and DPD delivery service schedule. Delivery of orders in normal conditions is provided within 1-5 business days. The maximum delivery time in certain cases may take up to 14 business days.
If delivery of goods to the Buyer is not possible as a result of the Buyer's actions (incorrect delivery information, phone number, failure to collect the order from the parcel machine), the Buyer will be refunded the amount paid for the purchased goods, but the delivery costs will not be refunded."
