Usage
1. Using a cotton pad - moisten the cotton pad and gently cleanse the entire face and neck. Repeat 2-3 times to remove dirt and dead skin cells.
2. Using your hands - apply a moderate amount of toner to the entire face and neck. Gently massage to promote absorption.
3. For extra hydration, apply a cotton pad moistened with toner to the skin and leave it on for 10 minutes.
